The barrier is ingenuity, not syntax fluency

Old requirement: Know the commands before you can use the tools
New requirement: Conversational fluency + willingness to explore unfamiliar territory
If you can describe what you want and ask "what does that mean?" when you don't understand - you can do this.

More people can access the programmatic stack

Not everyone - still requires curiosity, confidence to try new tools, comfort with the unknown
But anyone with those traits can now access the powerful layer that was previously developer-only
